Import Taxes and Fees
Import taxes, customs duty, and fees have to be fully paid by the consignee of the order. Please inform yourself when you are unsure if you need to pay something or not. All goods are Dutch or Sri Lankan origin.
Notification on shipment release
As soon as your order leaves our shipping department, you will get an automated notification email with the tracking id.
The standard shipment within Holland takes usually 2-3 working days. International shipment times can vary depending on the service and country. Usually, it’s between 3 and 7 days. With the tracking ID from the notification email, you can easily follow your shipment.
If you want to return a product, use the added return form. Fill this in and put your product in the package. Here you will also find the return address, write it in the address bar of your package.
Exchanging clothing is allowed up to 7 days after purchase, other products up to 14 days after purchase. In the original packaging and at least with the cards and labels still on and without traces of use. Kites and bars unrolled.
If purchased in the store return with the receipt. If you have ordered the product online, you will receive the purchase price, minus the shipping costs.
